Aims, contents and method of the course

Main single buildings and important typologies of the two leading national traditions of architecture in Early modern Europe in a period of relative approximation

Assessment and permitted materials

All three stages are equally taken in consideration: a short presentation of intents, the main presentation, both oral, and the written final version including results of the discussion.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Furthering understanding of typologies, styles, national traditions and historical conditions in architecture

Examination topics

Comparison of single buildings or groups, considered in their historical context.
