Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Die Komödien des Aristophanes werden - in Auswahl - vorgestellt und in den Rahmen der Literatur und der Geschichte der Zeit des Peloponnesischen Kriegs eingeordnet.
Allgemeine Informationen zur griechischen Komödie als Dramen- und Literaturform ("Alte Komödie"). Zeitgeschichtlicher Hintergrund, formale Gestaltung. Ausgewählte Szenen im Original - alle griechischen Texte werden in neuen Übersetzungen geboten.

Assessment and permitted materials

Schriftliche und/oder mündliche Prüfung lt. Studienplan. Verwendung eines Wörterbuchs (Gemoll)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Literaturkenntnisse, Griechischkenntnisse nützlich, aber nicht vorausgesetzt.
Prüfung: Übersetzung eines Textausschnitts + Interpretationsfragen

Examination topics

Texte und Zusatzinformationen, die in der VO behandelt werden. Handouts ergeben am Ende des Semesters ein Gesamtskriptum, das Prüfungsvoraussetzung ist
