Aims, contents and method of the course

Untersuchungsgegenstand des Seminars ist das argentinische Filmschaffen ab Mitte der 90er Jahre, das gemeinhin unter NCA (Nuevo Cine Argentino) zusammengefasst wird. Um die Komplexität, den Formenreichtum und die Vielfalt der argentinischen Filmproduktion nachzuzeichnen, sollen sowohl Filme bekannter Vertreterinnen des Nuevo Cine Argentino als auch Filmtexte junger Regisseurinnen des unabhängigen Kinos bzw. der Avantgarde betrachtet werden.

Assessment and permitted materials

Aktive Mitarbeit (u.a. Diskussionsbeiträge, Lektüreprotokolle), mündliches Referat (+ Handout), schriftliche Hausarbeit.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Beurteilt werden die aktive Mitarbeit (u.a. Diskussionsbeiträge, Lektüreprotokolle) (20%), das gehaltene/hochgeladene Referat plus Handout (30%) und die schriftliche Hausarbeit (50%).

Examination topics

Der Prüfungsstoff besteht aus den im Semester durchgenommenen Inhalten und mündet in eine schriftliche Hausarbeit.
