Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This is an informal seminar for students working on their PhD theses, or planning to do so. The class will give participants the opportunity to introduce their projects, discuss the progress of their work and address possible problems arising from their research. This course aims at helping PhD students at every stage during the process and also discuss aspects of career opportunities after the PhD. Participants will have ample opportunity to discuss materials of their choice, introduce upsides and downsides of their current research and get peer feedback. Part of the seminar are monthly Jour Fixe dates with fellow students of the faculty with a focus on concrete aims and objectives.
