Aims, contents and method of the course
The seminar discusses relevant theories in the field of memory and reminding.In the centre of tghe seminar are literary texts an the Shoah and the Gulagon a European level including Hungarian ones.
Assessment and permitted materials
Essay, 20- 25 pages, Times New Roman ( 1 1/2)
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
A deeper understanding of relevant theories and concepts in the cultural theory of memory and reminding.
Examination topics
short lectures, team working, presentations by students, close reading, discussion, handouts, power point.
