Aims, contents and method of the course

In this class, we are going to study The Jewel Garland of the Supreme Path (lam mchog rin chen phreng ba) by Gampopa. This text offers very deep and useful advices, so that one can make the right choices on the path of spirituality.
We will attempt to learn classical Tibetan with explanation in modern Tibetan, so that we can kill two birds with one stone. This will give the students a great opportunity to learn classical as well as modern Tibetan vocabularies and grammar.
