Aims, contents and method of the course

Arbeit mit und Analyse von Medientexten zu Kultur, Wirtschaft und Sport anhand von Artikeln aus verschiedenen Zeitungen und Zeitschriften bzw. von Aufnahmen aus Rundfunk und TV; Aufbau des themenspezifischen Vokabulars, Verbesserung des Hörverständnisses und des Vermögens, Wesentliches zusammenzufassen bzw. in eigenen Worten wiederzugeben sowie über Inhalte zu diskutieren.

Assessment and permitted materials

Laufend aktive Mitarbeit, Vorbereitung von Texten sowie Hausübungen, mündliche Abschlussprüfung zu Semesterende

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Anwesenheit (max. dreimalige unentschuldigte Abwesenheit), aktive Mitarbeit im Unterricht und Erbringen der Hausübungen bzw. Vorbereitungsarbeit, mündliche Abschlussprüfung; Leistungen werden im Verhältnis 40% (Mitarbeit und Hausübungen) und 60% (Abschlussprüfung) beurteilt.
