Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Survey of middle eastern history from the Late Bronze age until the begin of the Islamic period. Note: the first class will be held online, via moodle's BigBlueButton; there will then be a vote as to whether the remainder of the class should be held in the classroom or online.

Assessment and permitted materials

written exam on the contents of the lecture course in the last meeting of the class (end of June) or in the following semester (in total, there will be four opportunities to take the exam). No aids.
