Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course is intended to expand and consolidate already acquired basic knowledge. In addition to details of pronominal morphology (enumerative, quantitative and indefinite pronouns), other key parts of verbal morphology (e.g. persistive and alterative) are on the agenda. Auxiliary verb constructions are an especially important point here. In addition to non-verbal predicates, the large topic of negation will also be dealt with.

The course aims at a basic understanding of grammatical structures and the ability to put them into practice. Students activate the information conveyed in the lecture through exercises to be completed both in and out of class. The course works with digital materials written by the course instructor and available online. In addition to grammar drills, digital dialogues and texts are used to deepen what has already been learned and to work out new things. The course is an integrated event in which teachers and students work interactively and together on the development of new content.

Assessment and permitted materials

Regular attendance and participation are prerequisites for successful completion of the course. Students are expected to prepare dialogues and texts in time.
