Aims, contents and method of the course
Basic knowledge of the Korean language. Basic usage of the Korean language in writing and speaking. Basic rules of Korean grammar.
Assessment and permitted materials
for students of Korean Studies: StEOP-test (Modulprüfung)
for MA students of EcoS: active participation at courses, homework, unannounced vocabulary tests, 3 announced written tests

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Students should know the basic structure and functionality of the Korean language. They should have reached the elementary level to be able to read, speak and understand actively. They also should be able to implement the spoken language in written language.
