Aims, contents and method of the course

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The aim of this course is to provide students with basic skills when dealing with an Old Irish text. They will be invited to apply in practice what they have learned in the Old Irish language classes, so that they might be enable to translate a simple Old Irish text on their own.
Examination topics
Students will translate passages of the text during the lessons (and perhaps at home). We will afterwards discuss them together.
