Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The course is going to be a reading and debate intensive seminar visiting domains of cognitive science relevant for language processing, such asperception,memory, conceptual sturcture, andissues and topics recurrent in psycholinguistics, from neural implementation of language, figures of speech, mentalization and pragmatics, experimental methods, etc. Readings will be assigned weekly throughout the semester, in preparation for the in-person, conference-like discussion sessions.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Requirements: Students should prepare a 20 min ppt presentation of an assigned paper; send 2 questions per reading for discussion each week; andproduce a seminar paper at the end of the term on a related topic of their choice.
