Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Old Irish I serves as the first half of the Introduction to Old Irish and thus has no prerequisites. Approximately the first 30 lessons of the text (see below) will be covered in class, spanning basic nominal and verbal morphology as well as the conjugated prepositions.
Assessment and permitted materials
Participation in class and performance on a final written exam are required to receive a Zeugnis.

Acquisition of a basic understanding of Old Irish grammar
