Aims, contents and method of the course
Dance, my puppets. On theories of theatre.Taking as ist parting point on one hand the metaphor of theatre, on the other hand the theatrical interaction with puppets and objects, the class offers an introduction to central theories of theatre as well to theorizing theatre and its wider social and anthropological implications.The class will offer summaries in English to accomodate non-German speakers.
