Aims, contents and method of the course
The title of the seminar refers to Kant, but the main primary contents are based in fact on the Greek antiquity, this means on Plato and especially on Aristotle.
Assessment and permitted materials
The main task of the seminar is the elaboration of a text
including 12 to 14 pages.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The aim is to elaborate the differences between the main notions of the title in respect of classical philosophical Antike and Neuzeit too.
Examination topics
The texts will be read, interpreted and discussed jointly. Short written interpretations are opportune too, just as well short lectures.
Reading list
Students will get hand outs based partly on Historisches Wörterbuch der Philosophie, ed. by Joachim Ritter (available at library of our institute and online too).
