Continuous assessment of course work
Labels
The course introduces the students to the predictive coding approach to mind/cognition. The following questions will be addressed during the course: What is predictive coding? How is the predictive coding approach related to the classical paradigms in Cognitive Science (Cognitivism, Connectionism, Embodied/Enactive Mind, etc)? How can the predictive mind approach be used for explaining different cognitive aspects and functions like perception, consciousness, etc? What are limitations and future challenges of this new trend in cognitive science? etc.
