Aims, contents and method of the course
ISGinnovations GmbH (ISGi) and the Austrian Research Institute for Artificial Intelligence (OFAI) are jointly looking for interested students to conduct research in the area of serious games in health care. Candidates will gain a broad overview of the state of the art in serious games research before focusing on a specific research topic. Students will familiarise with the many perspectives and steps required in implementing a serious games project from a first idea to a full concept that is scientifically sound, features interesting game mechanics, and is viable for practical deployment.

* Knowledge of the research area of serious games
* Familiarity with methodological requirements in a serious games project
