This course takes place between 17 and 21 February 2025. It's an intensive course that includes a few social activities that are part of the intercultural experience we aim to foster. Students enrolling in the course who are not able to attend all events and classes should let the teacher know before the start of the course.

Students will produce a video presentation based on the knowledge acquired during the immersive week and will also complete individual written reports.

The course will be articulated in different sessions across six days; the first session is online, and the others in-person.
**Day 1 (Friday, 14th)**
online session: introduction to the Cross-inCUbation Week**Day 2 (Monday, 17th)**
- Team-building event and exploration of the local entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem in Vienna, including visits to INiTS and Innovation Labs.**Day 3 (Tuesday, 18th)**
- Two workshops focusing on the Austrian startup ecosystem from an EU perspective, and on team dynamics and management.
- A mentoring session on value proposition and business model development.**Day 4 (Wednesday, 19th)**
- Thematic workshops on financial planning, team interaction, sustainability, inclusion, societal impact, and internationalization.**Day 5 (Thursday, 20th)**
- Two workshops, followed by a dedicated mentoring session focusing on prototyping, mentoring, and pitching.**Day 6 (Friday, 21st)**
- Students will produce a video presentation based on the knowledge acquired during the immersive week and will also complete individual written reports to be evaluated accordingly.Learning Outcomes
- Acquire advanced knowledge of value propositions and business models.
- Enhance team management skills and collaboration abilities in networking settings.
- Obtain relevant knowledge in financial planning for startups.
- Be introduced to topics such as inclusion, societal impact, and internationalization.
- Understand what a minimum viable product (MVP) is and learn about the prototyping process.
- Develop relevant skills in pitching ideas and storytelling.
- Learn how to present acquired knowledge and produce reports or related materials.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the local entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem in Vienna.
