Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This lecture will include information about the characteristics of autism and strategies to work effectively with children with autism and their families. Research conducted with mothers and fathers of young children with autism will be discussed.Methods used will include activities, case studies, videos, small and large discussion groups.
Assessment and permitted materials
efficiency control, criterions how you evaluate scientific papersA rubric with important features of the students’ work will be used to score the papers and projects using the following grading system: participation/discussion (20%), presentation (30%) und term paper (50%) .
