Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Franz Alexander came up with the concept of "Corrective emotional experiences" in the 1950s to describe sustainable personality changes occurring in psychoanalytic treatment. The concept has experienced some changes since, and recently it has been used in discourses in educational sciences (trauma informed education, psychoanalytic education). We will study the reception of the concept in its beginnings and how it is used in processes of counseling and psychotherapy today.
