Aims, contents and method of the course

Das Seminar führt in die biographietheoretische Perspektive auf Bildung ein und thematisiert insbesondere die historische Genese von autobiographischem Bewusstsein und Bildung als Erfahrung individueller Subjekte im Kontext der europäischen Moderne. Anhand von theoretischen Texten und Beispielen autobiographischer Texte aus unterschiedlichen historischen Kontexten erarbeiten die Studierenden sich sowohl theoretisch-begriffliche Grundlagen als auch empirisch-methodische Kompetenzen zur Rekonstruktion von Bildungsbiographien.
