Aims, contents and method of the course

Angesichts des strittigen Verhältnisses von Menschenrechtsbildung und Politischer Bildung bewegt man sich im Bereich "Menschenrechte und Politik" auf klärungsbedürftigem Terrain. Das PS möchte die einschlägige Diskussion unter anderem in folgenden Punkten anregen und vertiefen:
" Die politische Karriere der Menschenrechte (MR)
" Grunddaten der politischen MR-Entwicklung
" Der Geltungsanspruch der MR, ihre Begründungen und Einschränkungen
" MR-Verletzungen und politische Hintergründe
" MR-Schutz und internationale Institutionen
" MR-Bildung im internationalen Kontext (Programme)
" Konzepte und Schwierigkeiten der MR-Bildung
" Kinderrechte und Kinderrechtskonvention (20-Jahr-Jubiläum 2009!)
" Bildung als MR
" Forschung im Bereich MR- und Kinderrechtspädagogik
Das PS möchte einführen in einen speziellen pädagogischen Bereich (Menschenrechtspädagogik), unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen bildungstheoretischen Diskussionen.
