Aims, contents and method of the course

Menschen mit intellektueller Behinderung sind in besonderem Maße auf diverse Hilfsangebote und Dienste angewiesen, wenn sie ihr Leben unter möglichst normalen Umständen und in größtmöglicher Teilhabe am Leben der Gemeinschaft führen können sollen.
In der LV werden exemplarisch verschiedene Arten von Hilfen und Diensten erörtert. Dabei wird besonderes Augenmerk auf Fragen der Qualität und der Qualitätsentwicklung gelegt (Qualitätsstandards, Qualitätskriterien, diverse Instrumente wie z.B. NutzerInnenbefragung, Monitoring, usw.).
