Aims, contents and method of the course

Inhalte: Einführung in Anwendungsfächer und Arbeitsfelder des/der Psychologen/in (Fokus auf Masterschwerpunkte): Wirtschafts- und Organisationspsychologie (u. a. Personalauswahl und -entwicklung; Fördermaßnahmen; Optimierungsmaßnahmen; Teamentwicklung); Klinische Psychologie (u. a. Prävention, Rehabilitation, psychologische Behandlung, Aufgabenfelder und gesetzliche Voraussetzungen zur Berufsausübung); Bildungspsychologie (Bildungskarriere des Individuums, Aufgabenbereiche von Bildungspsychologen/innen, Handlungsebenen); Evaluationsforschung; sowie weitere Anwendungsfelder.
Methoden: Vorlesung und Begleittexte
Ziele: Die Studierenden kennen das breite Spektrum der Themen und Tätigkeiten angewandter wissenschaftlich fundierter Psychologie.
Art der Leistungskontrolle: Modulprüfung (Multiple Choice);
