Aims, contents and method of the course

In Teil A werden Grundlagen von wissenschaftlichem Arbeiten und Experimentieren vorgetragen (Litereatursuche, kritische Analyse von Literatur, Wissenschaftliches Lesen und Schreiben, Grundlagen der Experimentalpsychologie).

In Teil B präsentieren die Studenten wissenschaftliche Fachartikel aus dem Bereich der Gesichtsattraktivitätsforschung und leiten durch eine kritische Diskussion.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

- Akademische Basisfertigkeiten: Literatursuche, Zitieren, Design von Experimenten

- Kritische Analyse von wissenschaftlichen Artikeln

- Anwendung von theoretischen

- Überblick über aktuelle Themen aus dem Bereich Kognitions- und Emotionspsychologie. In diesem Semester wird vor allem das Thema "Gesichtsattraktivität" behandelt werden.
