Aims, contents and method of the course

Das HEXACO-Modell: vertiefende Auseinandersetzung mit den Big Five der Persönlickkeit und spezielle Beleuchtung des Faktors H (Honesty/Humility).
Diagnostische Anwendung und Beleuchtung des diagnostischen Mehrwerts von H.
Spezielle Betrachtung des Faktors H im Zusammenhang mit der dunklen Triade der Persönlichkeit (Narzissmus, Machiavellismus und Psychopathie - dark triad), Psychopathie im Allgemeinen und arbeitspsychologischen Erkenntnissen im Zusammenhang mit dem Faktor H (Ehrlichkeit/Demut) unter Berücksichtigung der Aspekte "Leadership style" und "delinquentes Verhalten am Arbeitsplatz".
