Aims, contents and method of the course

Anforderungs- und Arbeitsplatzanalyse, Gesprächsführung und Eignungsinterviews, systematische Verhaltensbeobachtung, Assessment-Center zum Thema Psychotherapie
Grundlagenkenntnisse und Kompetenzen im Rahmen der Eignungsdiagnostik (nach DIN 33430): Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Anforderungs- und Arbeitsanalysen sowie systematischen Verhaltensbeobachtungen (insbesondere im Kontext von Assessment-Center-Übungen), theoriegeleitetes Erstellen von Gesprächsleitfäden (Eignungsinterview) und Grundlagenkenntnisse der Gesprächsführung, Grundlagenkenntnisse der Planung und Durchführung eines Assessment-Center, Grundlagenkenntnisse der Fremdbeurteilung

Assessment and permitted materials

Lehrveranstaltung mit permanentem Prüfungscharakter inklusive einer Teilprüfung (10 Pkt) und drei Übungsaufgaben (1x10 Pkt, 2x5 Pkt).
Die Teilprüfung findet an dem oben angeführten Termin statt. Es werden fünf Fragen mit offenem Antwortformat gestellt). Die Abgabe der Übungsaufgabe erfolgt online (Moodle) an festgelegten Terminen während des Semesters.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

50% der Gesamtpunkte = 15 Punkte sind für eine positive Beurteilung der Lehrveranstaltung notwendig
