Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Students will apply theoretical models to current issues in Work, Organization and Economy with regard to methodological and/ or diagnostic aspects and develop strategies to solve these issues. The topics are
- organizational culture
- leadership & management
- communication at the workplace
- generations at work
- gender & diversity

Assessment and permitted materials

Groups of two students will design and implement their own unit (90 minutes) according to one of the aforementioned topics (theoretical input, practical exercise, reflexion & discussion).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Design and implementation of own unit - course cannot be completed without this task
Participation
Attendence - course cannot be completed with more than 2 units missed
