Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
A total of five tasks are to be completed. Of those three are to be completed in a group and two individually.
1. Preparation of a research question for a job, team, or organizational analysis, including a description of the research plan and the method/instrument of analysis (group work)
2. Reading and working on a chapter about crafting effective interview questions (individual work)
3. Developing an interview guide and reflecting on a simulated interview situation (group work)
4. Written report and presentation of the analysis (group work)
5. Reflection on the analysis (individual work)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Minimum requirements:
- There is no mandatory attendance for the lecture sessions. However, participation is strongly recommended.
- Students are allowed to miss 1 practice session.
- To pass this course, students must have completed all group assignments.Assessment criteria:
- Development of the research question for the analysis, description of the research plan, and method (group work) - 20%
- Working on a chapter about crafting effective interview questions (individual work) - 10%
- Developing an interview guide and reflecting on the simulated interview situation (group work) - 20%
- Conducting and providing a written report of the analysis (group work) - 40%
