During first half of the course (until early May), Alexa Müllner-Huber will teach MRI data analysis with SPM.

During second half of the course (May & June), Henryk Bukowski will teach meta-analysis of fMRI studies.

Aims, contents and method of the course

This course is made of theoretical and practical courses. Aim is to provide the ability to perform independent experimental data collection and analyze the data obtained. This course is for those students seeking a master's thesis at the Department of Biological and General Psychology or using one of the methods given for her/his master thesis. In this course planning, preparation and implementation will be presented for Functional magnetic resonance imaging and coordinate-based meta-analysis of fMRI studies.
