Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The world of work is changing and presents Human Resources Management (HRM) with complex and diverse challenges. Key issues such as demographic change, the increasing shortage of skilled workers, growing diversity in the workforce and increasing psychological stress make it clear that HRM requires sustainable and innovative solutions now more than ever.

In this course, we will take an in-depth look at the “employee journey” and analyze the entire employee life cycle - from recruitment, retention and development to departure - from an occupational psychology perspective. In doing so, we will not only look at current challenges, but also forward-looking trends in HRM.

In interactive formats such as group presentations, discussions and critical reflections, we jointly develop psychological recommendations for action that can be directly transferred to the practice of modern HRM.
