Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This course is a continuation of the TEWA 1 course, held in Winter semester 2021-22.
The course aims to provide master students with guidance for developing and improving their research skills in the field of Social and Consumer Psychology.

Based on the research proposals they created in the Winter semester, students will learn how to plan, design and carry-out a research study in groups.

Ultimately, the course is structured to help students conduct their own research using modern survey and experimental tools, analyse the results, and present the study in a written manuscript for evaluation.

The course will be provided in English.

Assessment and permitted materials

Performance assessments includes class participation, homework (40 %), and the final research paper (60 %).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Attendance and completion of weekly tasks, presentation and submission of the written research paper (one paper per group).

Examination topics

Abilities to carry-out an ethically sound research study, analyse the data, and write a manuscript using relevant literature and supportive arguments will be examined.
