Aims, contents and method of the course

Vertiefende Auseinandersetzung mit den Big Five der Persönlichkeit und spezielle Beleuchtung des "neuen" Faktors H (Honesty/Humility).
Anwendung und Analyse des diagnostischen Mehrwerts von H unter spezieller Betrachtung der Bereiche "dunkle Triade der Persönlichkeit" (Narzissmus, Machiavellismus und Psychopathie - dark triad), Psychopathie im Allgemeinen und arbeitspsychologische Erkenntnisse im Zusammenhang mit dem Faktor H unter Berücksichtigung der Aspekte "leadership/management style" sowie "delinquentes Verhalten am Arbeitsplatz".

Impulsvorträge, Selbsttestungen, Literaturrecherche, Bearbeitung der Fachliteratur, Präsentationen, Gruppenarbeiten, Diskussionen
