Aims, contents and method of the course

Grundlagen von Kommunikation und Gesprächsführung, ausgewählte Techniken der Gesprächsführung, therapeutische Beziehung, schwierige Gesprächssituationen, Verhaltensbeobachtung, Anamnese und Exploration
Selbständige Auseinandersetzung mit ausgewählten Texten zu Kommunikationsmodellen und Gesprächsführungsmethoden (Referate)
Angeleitete Arbeit in Kleingruppen und im Plenum / Teilnahme an ausgewählten praktischen Übungen und Rollenspielen

Assessment and permitted materials

- Anwesenheit (mind. 80% der Einheiten).
- Eine Präsentation zu Kommunikationsmodellen / Gesprächsführungsmethoden
- aktive Mitarbeit
- Teilnahme an den Übungen und Rollenspielen
