Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

In this seminar, you will work on your own research project. You will arrive at a question, develop an empirical strategy, analyse evidence and data, and write up your results in a scientific manner. You will also be expected to present your work-in-progress in the seminar. At the end of the term, you will have completed your bachelor thesis.

Please note that the topic of the bachelor thesis must fall within the discipline of political science and must be empirical in nature. Suitable areas of inquiry include party politics, voter behaviour, comparative politics, democratisation, government, electoral systems, and representation.

The seminar will be held in English.
