Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Psychoanalysis is not a clinical psychology, but a social and cultural theory. Psychic and political structures, what Freud called 'super ego' and political institutions, are complementary structures with the legal system as pivotal link.
Assessment and permitted materials
Reading asignments, Discussion in small groups, presentations, papers.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Basic knowlegde concerning psychoanalysis in regard to law and to cultural and political boundaries.
Examination topics
Impulsreferate, Kleingruppenarbeit während des gesamten Semesters, Lektüre, Diskussionen, Präsentationen.
