The seminar is related to the Human Rights Lecture and focuses on the problematic of human rights and the use of force in state of emergencies, humanitarian intervention and other armed conflicts.
Attendance of the lecture is not required but recommendable. Part of the seminar will be dedicated to selected case studies.Objectives: Profound understanding about a changing international environment, about new but also colliding norms and relevance of the growing human rights perspectives for cosmopolitan perspectives.Literature:
