On the basis of students´own short film projects, basic principles of qualitative research with film are thought methodologically and practically. The participants plan their own empirical "small projects" on the basis of teaching inputs and the reading of current literature, on the basis of which use of different qualitative instruments is learned and finally a separate short film is created.
The curriculum teaches basic principles of editing, camera management, and social science film language. To participate in this digital course it is necessary that a stable internet connection and a computer with webcam / microphone are available.
