Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The research seminar part 2 builds on the content and discussions about qualitative social research and research design development of the summer term. Over the summer the students have entered the field and started with the data collection (interviews, focus group discussions, photo vioce, observation etc.). Goal of research seminar part 2 is to reflect on this research process and share experiences with collegues. In this course we will start with the data analysis and interpretation. Also, by the input of the lecturer, we will deepen our knowledge on the role of theory in qualitative social research and the use of specific methods for answering specific questions. Students will present their research project in the seminar.
