Aims, contents and method of the course

The Anthro Lab is a support for:

a) the elaboration of the research proposal for the MA-thesis

b) the elaboration of the MA-thesis after completed research

This is an interactive course:

- students will be encouraged to continuously work on their projects (see above)

- students will be encouraged to discuss the contributions of their colleagues

Assessment and permitted materials

The marking will be based on:

a) participation at discussions 30%

b) personal presentations 30%

c) final presentation 40%

- no submission of a final paper is requested. The intention of the Lab is to improve the research concept respectively the writing concept of the MA-thesis

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

All parts of the marking need to be positive
