Aims, contents and method of the course

Working with dynamical geometry, spread sheet calculation and computer algebra.
Related software, elementary HTML and JavaScript.
Computer based exercises.
Use, analysis and assessment of free online support material and "learning paths".
How do electronic media change mathematics education?
Development and presentation of teaching units with interactive computer use, presentation (whereby the presenting student takes over the role of the teacher while the other participants are the "school class").

Assessment and permitted materials

Presence, presentations, active participation in discussions, written documentations.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

To become acquainted with dynamical geometry software, spread sheets, computer algebra, related software and free online material as important parts of modern, mathematical education, supporting comprehension and the development of competencies.
To be able to evaluate und develop online material for mathematics education.
To become familiar with the consequences of the use of computers in mathematicals education.

Examination topics

Input by the lecturer, autonomous work, presentation of students' work, discussion.
