Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Ability to solve mathematical problems, knowledge in applied mathematics, differential equations and numerical mathematics.
Assessment and permitted materials
Written and oral exam.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
It is successfully passed in case of positive marks on written and oral exam.
Examination topics
Ordinary differential equations, linear differential equations, results on existence and uniqueness, qualitative behaviour of differential equations, numerical solutions to differential equations, systems of linear equations, Fourier series, discrete Fourier transform, Newton's method, numerical integration.
