will be offered.Within certain constraints, topics freely chosen by students can be pursued.Possible topics:
* PDEs in engineering, biology, medicine, social sciences, economy, finance, etc.;in particular climate/weather models, pandemic models, models in micromagnetism.* (systems of) ordinary or partial differential equationsAt least two of the following aspects should be covered: modeling, analysis, numerical methods, computer simulations. Each student develops a selected topic for an oral presentation and a written report, under the guidance of one (or two) of the professors but otherwise independently.
