Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

In the first part of the course we have introduced elementary theory of Lefschetz pencils in the symplectic and complex categories. In the second part we will look at more subtle Hodge theoretic objects. Chow, Griffiths groups and K theories. After introducing these objects we will look at their mirror incarnations. Some new approaches to classical algebra geometric questions will be demonstrated.
