Aims, contents and method of the course

In this seminar we want to discuss about articles in recent educational journals and books as well as talks from several mathematics education conferences.

Assessment and permitted materials

The assessment is comprised of:
*) Presentation
*) Written summary of the presentation
*) regular participation in discussions

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

To raise understanding and interest in mathematics education.

Examination topics

Student presentations, reflection about the presentations by means of digital video technology, eventually guest lectures by international mathematics educators.
