Aims, contents and method of the course

Problem solving class of the course Advanced partial differential equations. Students get assigned homework problems which are then presented and discussed in class.

Assessment and permitted materials

Students solve problems at home and present their solutions in class. Depending on the number of participants there may also be a test (brief written exam).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

At least 60% of the homework problems solved and at least 2 presentations given.
