Aims, contents and method of the course

Thematische Schwerpunkte
Entwicklung und Stand der Europäischen Integration; Rechtsnatur der Europäischen Union; Organe der Europäischen Union; Verhältnis von Unionsrecht und nationalem Recht; Quellen des Unionsrechts; Rechtsetzung und Rechtsschutzsystem in der Europäischen Union; Binnenmarktkonzept und Maßnahmen zur Herstellung des Binnenmarktes; Grundfreiheiten des Binnenmarktes: Warenverkehrsfreiheit, Dienstleistungsfreiheit, Kapitalverkehrsfreiheit, Personenverkehrsfreiheit (Freizügigkeit der Arbeitnehmer, Niederlassungsfreiheit).

Lernziele
Den Studierenden soll eine kompakte Einführung in die Grundlagen des EU-Rechts vermittelt werden.
