Aims, contents and method of the course
The course "Human Rights and the Law: Legal Sources, Methodology and Interpretation" will introduce the sources of human rights law and, in particular, lay a focus on the dy-namic interpretation of human rights. At the same time, philosophical approaches to human rights will be discussed. Participants will deepen their knowledge through lectures, presentations and group work as well as engage in discussion with their lecturers and peers.
