Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
An introduction to the physics and measurements techniques in radioactivity and nuclear physics will be given in this experimental course. The measurements must be evaluated, interpreted and presented as lab reports.
Assessment and permitted materials
Active participation, written reports, micro test in each course unit.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
In order to get a positive grade , 5 lab reports have to be handed in (allocation of lab report writing takes place in the lab course). 50% of all results have to be positive, above the grading scale is linear.
Your presence in the exercise classes is expected and obligatory. You are allowed to skip one session without reason. Further missed sessions will lead to a negative grade (fail) unless there is a credible and reasonable excuse.
