Aims, contents and method of the course
The practical class "modern microscopical methods" allows you to dive into the fascinating world of atomic structures. Different experiments are carried out in fields of: electron microscopy, scanning tunneling microscopy and optical microscopy with digital image processing. These methods are used to analyse the micro and nanostructures of the materials.
